At Lady Chocolatt customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, we always take the best care possible when packaging and shipping our chocolate.
When placing an order with Lady Chocolatt, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- We only ship to destinations within the 48 continental United States.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, Lady Chocolatt is unable to ship to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii or to any other foreign addresses.
For all items purchased Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays prior 12.00 pm PST we’ll do our best to ensure that every order goes out within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the order. Please note that order processing time may be longer during Holiday Seasons due to the large amount of orders we receive.
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We always recommend 1 to 3 days shipping since chocolate is a very sensitive and perishable product. We also do NOT ship over the weekends to limit the transaction period and to ensure premium quality upon arrival.
Please include as much address information as possible when shipping products, especially to commercial addresses. Suites, floor, and room numbers are especially helpful in getting your product to where it needs to go.
We take full responsibility for providing the freshest, best-tasting chocolate. However, it is your full responsibility to provide us with the most accurate information. If we receive incorrect shipping information and a package comes back to us... sorry, no replacements. It must be reordered.
Also please ensure a recipient will be home, otherwise deliver to a nearby business or friend; if no one is available to receive the chocolate, it could perish, lose quality, and/or melt.
note: if all address information is not provided and UPS (or equivalent currier) charges us an Address Correction Fee ($5.00-10.00) we reserve the right to charge you for this amount.
We reserve the right to NOT process orders if temperature at your destination is over 72 F (23 C)

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, Lady Chocolatt does not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on its products under any circumstances whatsoever.
