	Founder, Tarcis Verfaillie: I love chocolate...it's that simple. Originally from Belgium, I lived in a lot of other countries. But each city I called home, I was always on the lookout for the chocolate of my childhood. Rich, pure, with the aromas only chocolate lovers worldwide can appreciate. When I realized: what better motive to start my own business than out of winsome, passionate love!
	My research began by traveling back to Belgium to locate "first class chocolates". I set up three tester teams to rate thirty manufacturers. From there we narrowed it to ten and finally to the exclusive few we all agreed I would be proud to sell. People often ask me how I stay thin eating chocolate. The trick is: eat only the best and you won't need to eat as much. Do I eat chocolate? Of course, mine every day. I love them!!
