Fruit jellies are preserved, semisolid mixtures of fruit juice and sugar, and must be made with 50% of real fruit.

A good jelly is clear and sparkling and has the fresh flavor of the fruit from which it is made. It is tender enough to quiver when moved, but hold an edge when cut. Our jellies come in different flavors and shapes.
